brown spores cover the internal surface of the fruiting body which resembles a star lying on the ground

spores cover the internal surface of the fruiting body which resembles a cup or a star, much like a bowl buried in the ground

spores are contained in a little sphere overhanging the star, and exit from a little hole at the top
