section 3: Cracked or scaly cap

In this section, we must tell the system whether the cap is covered with scales, warts, flakes, or is on the contrary smooth. Scales or flakes may come from original veil remains, or simply formed from the cracking cap. Whein in doubt, select "I don't know".

Examples:
       
The cap is cracked into small bumps, separated by paler cracks, select then "yes"     The cap here is perfectly smooth and uniform, select therefore "no"     The cap here is cracked into large unconnected plates, select then "yes"
