The fruiting body is globular then cup-shaped, with an orange-yellow internal surface, the external surface being white, covered with hair.

The fertile surface is smooth.

It grows on wood, on coniferous twigs, on pine, fir.

The fruiting period takes place from October to December.
Dimensions: width of fruiting body approximately 0.2 cm (between 0.1 and 0.3 cm)
