The cap is pink, conical. The cap surface is smooth, not viscid nor sticky.

The stem is white washed with pink, without ring.

The flesh is pink in the cap, white in the stem, unchanging; its taste is mild; the odour is not distinctive; its texture is fibrous.

The gills are pale pink, adnate, distant . The spore print is white. This species is saprophytic. It grows on the ground, on a rather calcareous soil.

The fruiting period takes place from July to November.
