The cap is brownish ochre to pink brownish. The cap surface is smooth, not viscid nor sticky.

The stem is flesh pink to brownish, without ring.

The flesh is brownish, unchanging; its taste is more or less bitter; the odour is not distinctive; its texture is fibrous.

The gills are whitish, adnate, crowded . The spore print is white. This species is saprophytic. It grows, with pine, spruce.

The fruiting period takes place from September to December.
